Villa Rachele is set within a natural setting characterised by the hills of Rimini, forming a seamless relationship with the landscape and the topography of the land.
The architecture follows the contours of the hillside through volumes, terraces and open spaces that mirror the natural topography of the site, allowing the house to constantly engage with the surrounding panorama. From the villa, the view opens out across the countryside to the sea in the distance, creating a seamless connection between the interior, light and landscape.
The structure, built from iroko timber, embodies Pagano’s architectural principles through large openings, spatial continuity and a strong connection with nature and the quality of living.
As with every Pagano project, Villa Rachele has been developed entirely bespoke for the family who live there, creating a tailor-made architectural design centred on their daily needs, lifestyle and relationship with the site.
The images captured by the drone illustrate the relationship between the villa and the surrounding hilly landscape. The architecture blends into the natural surroundings, following the contours of the land and opening out onto the view, maintaining continuity between the building, the light and the natural setting.
