Creating unique spaces

Pagano Design is a process in which architecture, design and engineering come together to create unique spaces.

At the heart of the process is the Pagano architectural practice, led by architect Enzo Pagano, where every project is developed in an integrated manner, from the initial concept through to the final design.

The work is based on a solid design ethos, an understanding of timber as an architectural element, and constant technical oversight, which ensures consistency between vision and realisation.

There are no pre-defined solutions: every house is conceived as a specific response to a location, a lifestyle and a concept of living.

The practice works both independently and in collaboration with external architects and technical specialists, creating design synergies and integrating diverse expertise within a single, coherent process.

Architectural design

Pagano’s architectural design stems from an approach that combines design vision with technological expertise, developing architectural projects in which form, structure and construction systems are conceived as a unified whole right from the earliest stages.

This approach is applied to projects on various scales, ranging from private residences and tiny houses to resorts and masterplans for complex developments, with solutions that are always tailor-made, designed to respond precisely to the needs of each client.

Rendering

Through high-quality renderings, every space is defined with precision before construction begins.

Materials, lighting, proportions and ambience are carefully studied and rendered realistically, enabling a full understanding of the project in all its aspects, allowing it to be communicated clearly and ensuring a high level of control as the project moves into the construction phase.

Detailed design

The detailed design phase represents the technical development stage of the project, during which every element is defined in detail.

It encompasses the complete engineering of the structure, the cross-sections and the services, right through to the definition of construction joints and CNC-machined components.

This level of detail enables the project to be transferred to production with precision, ensuring quality, consistency and control at every stage of construction.

Interior design

Interior design is an additional service offered by the Pagano team, designed to complement the project in a coherent and distinctive way

On request, we develop the interiors in collaboration with the client, defining every detail by striking a balance between design elements, materials and bespoke furnishings, in harmony with the architecture.

Pagano maintains a flexible approach, also collaborating with interior designers chosen by the client, to ensure consistency and quality in the final result at all times.

Pagano’s design service is a strategic tool for launching a property development project.

The work carried out by Pagano’s technical department – whether developed in-house or in collaboration with the client’s architects and other professionals – enables the project to be clearly defined from the very earliest stages, thanks in part to advanced renderings that facilitate its visualisation and showcase its potential.
