Where the system takes shape

The construction site is not the place where decisions are made, but the place where what has already been conceived, checked and built within the system is put into practice.

Each component arrives on site pre-fabricated, machined and ready for assembly, following a precise sequence that derives directly from the design. The assembly phase thus becomes a seamless and coordinated process, in which the structure, cladding and services integrate seamlessly, minimising variables and ensuring fixed deadlines, consistent quality and alignment between the vision and the final result.

At Pagano, the assembly phase is the natural continuation of an integrated process, in which design, engineering and production converge into a single, coherent approach.

Everything has already been decided

The Pagano construction site is the stage where the work is carried out. Pre-engineering and factory fabrication ensure that components manufactured to millimetre precision are delivered to the site. Every joint, every connection, every layer and every service installation has already been developed in the preceding stages. The complexity of the project translates into a clear sequence, where every element has a precise position within the system.

A system that moves

The same process can be applied in a wide variety of contexts. Pagano builds in both cold and hot climates, in complex natural landscapes or urban settings, adapting to local conditions without compromising on consistency. Every building site becomes part of an experience built up over time, enabling quality and control to be applied wherever the project is located.

For the project involving the accommodation facility on Lake Maggiore, helicopter assembly was chosen as a strategic solution. This is a technique used only in specific cases, when logistical conditions require it and the benefits in terms of time, safety and site organisation justify its use.

Designed to go anywhere

From our factory, Pagano structures are shipped by lorry or in containers to construction sites all over the world. Each shipment is planned according to its destination: the size of the modules, the type of transport, the routes and the handling methods are all strategically devised based on the installation context.

Logistics is also part of our bespoke approach. Every decision is the result of careful planning that ensures the integrity of the components is preserved, optimises assembly operations and guarantees the same standards of quality, precision and reliability, regardless of where the architecture will take shape.
