The design aim was to create a constant connection between the architecture and the lake, allowing the landscape to flow into the house through large glazed surfaces, open spaces and rooms facing the water. The residence covers over 600 square metres and organises the home’s various functions around the view and the quality of the spaces. Each room has been designed to enhance the connection with the lake, whilst ensuring comfort, privacy and well-being.
In addition to its main residential functions, the villa features a private wellness area with indoor and outdoor spa facilities, a gym, a cinema room and numerous spaces dedicated to family life and entertaining. The architecture blends discreetly into the natural surroundings, allowing the landscape, light and water to take centre stage in the home.
