Overlooking a canal, the villa is characterised by a deliberately discreet entrance from the road, which leads to open spaces facing the water. The internal courtyards, a hallmark of Pagano’s architecture, form the heart of the project, creating sheltered spaces that foster a natural continuity between indoors and outdoors and allow the spaces to be enjoyed in every season.
