Overlooking the shores of a private lake, this spa was conceived as a place nestled in nature and designed to offer a complete wellness experience, where architecture, water, light and the landscape coexist in harmony.
The facility covers an area of approximately 3,000 square metres and brings together all the main facilities dedicated to wellness and relaxation, reinterpreted through Pagano’s architectural style.
Designed by the Pagano team for a private villa, the spa was conceived as a natural extension of the living experience, maintaining continuity between the architecture and its relationship with the surrounding natural environment.
The spaces are organised into large volumes, including areas dedicated to water, relaxation zones, wellness circuits and spaces designed to allow light and the landscape to flow seamlessly into the interiors. The large glazed surfaces constantly open up the building towards the private lake and the natural landscape, making nature an integral part of the spa experience.
The architecture retains a distinctive character consistent with the Pagano identity, through the use of timber, high ceilings, spatial continuity and a design focused on the quality of living and wellbeing.
Particular attention has been paid to the climatic and services design of the wellness areas, which have been developed to ensure comfort, humidity control and air quality, even in an environment characterised by particularly harsh climatic conditions.
The integration of the building envelope, services and construction system has made it possible to create high-performance spaces whilst maintaining aesthetic continuity, thermal comfort and the perceived quality of the environments.
