The house has been designed to allow the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow seamlessly into one another, thanks to large glazed areas and covered verandas that open directly onto the view.
Every room in the house faces Lake Orta, making the view an integral part of the daily living experience. The infinity pool further enhances this dialogue with the landscape, creating a seamless relationship between water, light and architecture.
The cantilevered verandas enhance the perception of the natural surroundings and become spaces to be enjoyed throughout the day, extending the house towards the lake and highlighting the relationship between indoors and outdoors.

Il progetto è stato sviluppato dall’Arch. Enzo Pagano insieme all’ufficio tecnico Pagano, attraverso un processo integrato che ha permesso di coordinare architettura, struttura e dettagli costruttivi in continuità con il sistema Pagano.
L’architettura è stata realizzata all’interno dello stabilimento produttivo Pagano con la tecnologia dei blocchi pre-ingegnerizzati, sviluppati per garantire precisione esecutiva, qualità costruttiva e controllo del processo produttivo.
La fase di installazione è stata eseguita dai team specializzati Pagano attraverso un processo di montaggio coordinato e controllato.
Questo cantiere ha dato vita a immagini straordinarie, dove architettura, paesaggio e vista sul Lago d’Orta si fondono in un equilibrio naturale di grande impatto visivo.
