Tucked away amongst the woods within the Priogovo golf resort, this villa was conceived as a place dedicated to wellbeing, privacy and quality of life. Its architecture is designed to allow residents to experience nature without compromising on the comfort and exclusivity of a private residence.
This project was developed entirely to the client’s specifications, with the aim of creating a home that combines a connection with nature with the highest standards of comfort.
The villa blends discreetly into the woodland, allowing the landscape to become an integral part of the living experience. The large glazed surfaces offer unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery, whilst the layout of the house ensures a high level of privacy and tranquillity.
The architecture unfolds through an intricate interplay of levels, volumes and double-height spaces that lend depth and character to the interior spaces. Each room has been bespoke designed, transforming the house into a place that meets the family’s everyday needs as well as providing the perfect setting for entertaining and relaxation.
A central feature of the project is the large private wellness area, designed as a fully-fledged home spa. An indoor swimming pool, a sauna, dedicated wellness spaces and a spectacular corner hot tub overlooking the woods transform the surrounding natural landscape into an integral part of the experience.
The quality of the materials, the attention to detail and the bespoke design of the spaces all contribute to creating a residence where comfort, architecture and the landscape coexist in perfect harmony.
INSIGHT
The wellness area is one of the villa’s most exclusive features. Designed for year-round use, it allows you to enjoy the landscape even in the coldest months, when the woodland and snow completely transform the surrounding atmosphere. From the relaxation areas, the indoor pool and the hot tub, the view opens out directly onto nature. The spa experience stems precisely from this contrast: the comfort of the indoor spaces and the constant presence of the outdoor landscape. Even during the harshest winters, the wellness areas maintain optimal levels of comfort, creating a space dedicated to wellbeing, tranquillity and quality time.
