The following content is not accessible for the following reasons:

 a)  Non-compliance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • 9.1.1.1 – Some non-textual content presented to the user does not have a textual alternative that serves the same purpose;
  • 9.1.2.1 – Some pre-recorded video content, used as a page background, lacks a textual alternative or an accessible description;
  • 9.1.3.1 – In some cases, the information, structure, or relationships conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text);
  • 9.1.4.3 – On some pages, text placed over background images or videos does not meet the minimum contrast ratio required against the actual background;
  • 9.2.2.2 – Some moving, flashing, scrolling, or auto-updating content lasting more than five seconds and presented alongside other content does not provide a mechanism to pause, stop, or hide it;
  • 9.2.4.1 – On the pages analysed there is no mechanism to skip blocks of content that are repeated across multiple web pages;
  • 9.2.4.3 – When some overlay content (modal windows) is opened, keyboard focus is not moved into the opened content, altering the navigation order;
  • 9.2.4.4 – In some cases, the link text alone or in conjunction with its surrounding context does not clearly convey its purpose;
  • 9.2.4.6 – In some cases, headings or labels do not clearly and meaningfully describe the content or function they refer to;
  • 9.2.4.7 – On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible;
  • 9.3.1.2 – On some pages, portions of text in a language other than the primary language are not programmatically identified with the appropriate lang attribute;
  • 9.4.1.1 – The markup code of some web pages does not fully comply with the specifications of the language used, presenting non-unique ID attributes;
  • 9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components—such as icon buttons, navigation elements, or embedded third-party content—do not correctly expose their name, role, state, properties, or values;
